Terms and Conditions of Sale

Each order transmitted to SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. is equivalent to a contractual proposal by the customer. Therefore, it is binding for SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C.only if
- it is complete in all its parts
- it contains all the elements necessary to correctly identify the products ordered
- it is confirmed and accepted by SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C.

SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders lacking the data necessary to process them. The documentation for tax purposes relating to the products ordered is issued by SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. at the time of shipment of the same to the customer. SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. ships all over the world through the couriers GLS, BARTOLINI, UPS, POSTE ITALIANE, DHL.

Shipments by SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. will take place from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery is from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Delivery generally takes 1-2 days, throughout Italy from the time the parcel is picked up by the express courier, excluding islands where delivery takes 3-5 days. Shipments within Europe take 4-5 days. We cannot guarantee these times as they do not depend on us.


In the event that the courier is unable to deliver due to the absence of the recipient, the recipient will be contacted again for redelivery. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the relevant location, where it will remain in storage for a maximum of 3 working days pending collection by the recipient. In the event that the bikini is not collected within the maximum storage limit, it will be returned to the sender.

SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C.will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the terms indicated. The consumer is invited to contact info@olymare.it in case of delay in delivery and in any case to report any inefficiency detected. SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and/or delays attributable solely to the Courier.

SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. provides for the possibility of exchanging the article purchased online on condition that the products are in the same condition in which you received them and provided with the delivery note proving the purchase.

1) RETURNS: You must send an e-mail to servizioclienti@olymare.it stating the reason for the return. After receiving authorisation from SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C., the parcel can be prepared with the product to be returned and the written communication stating the wish to proceed with the return together with the delivery note (DDT) proving the purchase. The package may be sent at the customer's expense by post or other courier.

2) EXCHANGE : you must send an e-mail to servizioclienti@olymare.it stating the reason for the request to exchange the product, the item you wish to receive in exchange and a telephone number. Wait for our reply before proceeding with the shipment of the parcel.

The parcel with the costume you wish to exchange must be sent by post or other courier service, at the customer's expense.
The product will only be exchanged if the following precautions are taken

the bikini must be returned intact and clean, with its label and hygienic protection.


Consumers residing in the EU can use the Online Dispute Resolution tool to file a complaint when they experience problems with an online purchase.

The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is an amicable dispute resolution tool provided by the European Commission

The parties have 90 days to dialogue through the platform and reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. If this does not happen, the consumer has 30 days to contact a neutral and authorised Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body to resolve the case.
Consumers may also decide to contact a third party immediately, without waiting for the deadline to expire.

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at servizioclienti@olymare.it before opening the dispute as we are confident that we can solve the problem without involving any other entity!

Return policy
The right of withdrawal may be exercised from the moment the contract is concluded until fourteen days after receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written notice within the fourteen-day period to:

Should you wish to request a return or exchange, please note that the following conditions must be respected:
A) From the date of delivery of the order to the exchange request, no more than 10 days must elapse,
B) The product must be returned intact and clean with its label and with the hygienic protection on the horse.

If the above conditions are met, an exchange or return can be made in the manner described below.

It is necessary to send an e-mail to servizioclienti@olymare.it specifying the reason for the request for product exchange or return and your telephone number.

You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to follow in order to proceed with the exchange or return.

It is not possible to carry out the return operation with subsequent refund by going to shops that sell "OLYMARE" products.
SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & C. S.N.C. reserves the right to refuse returns for garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received or in the case of returns sent more than 10 days after the delivery date. You must also specify your telephone number, e-mail address and tax code.

To obtain a refund, you must return the item within 10 days from the date of arrival, by insured shipment, to the address
